Our client, a global law firm, is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join their national Banking Practice Group in Leeds or Manchester. ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Associate/Senior Associate in the Banking Practice Group, you will support a broad range of banking transactions across Corporate/Leverage Finance and Real Estate Finance. You will work with private equity sponsors, corporates, banks, and funds, gaining experience in leveraged situations, MandA, corporate finance, and more. ABOUT YOU
To excel in this Associate/Senior Associate role, you should have proven experience in banking transactions. You will need strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a collaborative mindset. Experience in corporate finance, real estate finance, or project and infrastructure finance will be advantageous. A commitment to delivering excellent client service and engaging in business development activities is essential.
