An established national multi disciplinary law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join them at their south Liverpool office
The Role:
You will be assisting the Fee Earners and department with Clinical Negligence matters.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with new Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury enquiries
- Taking initial instructions and opening new cases
- Assisting fee earners with instructions, liability and quantum investigations
- Using the Proclaim case management system
- Exercising a high standard of client care and ensuring the confidentiality of all documentation and information
The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally have previous experience of working within Personal Injury/ Clinical Negligence
Well organised, able to work to deadlines
Work both individually and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is in the region of 22,000 - 25,000, together with benefits.
