Our client is known for their proactive approach and dedication to client interests. As a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you will be joining a team that specialises in all aspects of commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and providing comprehensive legal advice on contract law.
In your role as a Commercial Contracts Lawyer, you will play a critical part in ensuring all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, safeguarding clients interests. You will enjoy high levels of client contact and be expected to develop and manage profitable relationships with new and existing clients and third parties, ensuring gold-standard service levels are delivered at all times.
The salary for this Commercial Contracts Lawyer position is £45.000 - £55,000, and comes with a range of benefits as well as professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in either in-house or commercial contracts in private practice. You should be a credible and technically strong lawyer who enjoys working with a wide range of clients. Strong and transparent communication skills are essential, as you will liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you must possess strong commercial acumen and be a results-driven individual. A commitment to delivering exceptional, gold-standard service is a must.
