Role Overview
Advising on a broad range of commercial litigation matters
Handling general commercial disputes and contractual claims
Acting on shareholder and partnership disputes
Involvement in IP-related litigation and professional negligence matters
Working closely with partners on more complex disputes while managing your own caseload
Candidate Profile
Qualified solicitor with experience in commercial litigation
Likely to suit around 2-4 PQE as a guide
Applicants from all tiers of firm will be considered where experience is relevant
Comfortable working across a varied disputes caseload within a team environment
