Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a range of commercial dispute resolution matters
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of documents and case law
- Draft documents and correspondence tailored to clients needs
- Negotiate with opposing parties to achieve favourable outcomes
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of cases to ensure deadlines are met
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ+)
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and case management systems
- Strong client and colleague relationship skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and methodical approach to work
