They are keen to further improve their real estate offering with the recruitment of a commercial property associate with at least 3 years PQE.
The Partner lead real estate team is extremely busy with all manner of property work including landlord and tenant, lease negotiation and renewals, lease assignments and sub lettings, development, acquisitions and disposals, rent reviews, licence applications and options/promotional agreements.
Clients of the firm include national retailers, property investors, public sector organisations and private companies.
This is an ideal opportunity to join one of the most exciting firms in the Yorkshire region.
It is envisaged that the salary bracket for this role is between £50,000 - £55,0000 depending upon experience.
