We have been approached by a growing, progressive and entrepreneurial commercial firm in Chester where there is now the chance for a 3 year + PQE commercial property associate to join the team.

The Head of Commercial Property is interested in seeing the cvs of commercially aware solicitors from who have both technical and interpersonal skills. You will be expected to meet with clients on a regular basis that will include broad ranging from SMEs, OMBs and entrepreneurs through to the owners of cafés, retail outlets, offices and warehouses.
In this commercial property position you will handle a busy caseload including:
- Landlord and tenant transactions
- Commercial leases
- Purchase and sale of business and investment properties
- Drafting licenses for commercial premises
Alongside handling your own work, you will also get the opportunity to support partners and senior lawyers on more complex commercial property matters.
The successful commercial property associate will be technically strong, confident when directly dealing with clients along with the drive to be successful with business development as part of the wider commercial property team.
