Role Overview
In this role, you will:
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters for a broad client base.
* Work across acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and asset management.
* Run files with an appropriate level of autonomy, with supervision available where needed.
* Contribute to ongoing client relationships and support wider team projects.
* Play a positive part in team culture and day-to-day operations.
* Support senior colleagues as required while progressing your own development.
Were looking for someone who:
* Is a Commercial Property lawyer with 4+ PQE.
* Has experience across core commercial property areas.
* Brings strong technical ability and a practical, commercial mindset.
* Communicates clearly and builds trust with clients and colleagues.
* Is reliable, proactive and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
