An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Paralegal to join this North West based Top 100 Commercial Law Firm.
Ideally you will have at least one years experience as a property/real estate Paralegal, and extensive experience dealing with Land Registry searches and MapSearch. This would suit a bright paralegal with a willingness to learn and a desire to gain valuable experience.
This Real Estate department has grown significantly requiring a new dynamic and hardworking individual to join this collegiate, well regarded Real Estate Team. The role can be based in either Liverpool or Manchester depending on the candidates preference.
You will be responsible for dealing with land registry searches, title deed investigations and working as part of a fun and friendly team of experienced paralegals and qualified lawyers.
