An established National legal practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join the property team at their Liverpool office. You will have previous experience within a Commercial Property role.
The Role:
You will be working for the Commercial Property team on a variety of matters to include leases, acquisitions and sales, landlord and tenant, property development as well as other matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will have at least 1 year+ experience of supporting in running a commercial property case load from onset to completion.
You will work well individually and as part of a team.
You will be well organised, have good attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is competitive, depending on experience.
