I'm currently working with a well-regarded law firm who are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Paralegal to support a busy and collaborative team of solicitors and legal assistants.

The role
You'll be providing day-to-day support to fee earners within the Commercial Property team, assisting with a varied caseload and ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.
The firm is known for investing in its people and offering clear development pathways, making this an ideal role for someone keen to build their experience within commercial property.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting solicitors and other assistants across a range of commercial property matters
- Assisting with file management from opening through to completion
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, agents and third parties
- Carrying out searches and due diligence
- Managing administrative tasks to support the wider team
- Ensuring compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements
About you
- Previous experience in a commercial property or property-focused legal role is desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Able to work well as part of a team and manage competing priorities
- Ambitious and keen to learn and progress within a commercial property setting
