Our client is a prominent law firm based in Liverpool City Centre.
Due to recent expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced commercial property solicitor with upwards of 4 years PQE.
The successful applicant would be joining an expert team of dedicated and knowledgeable lawyers.
Alongside standard sales and acquisitions work, there is an opportunity to deal with dedicated healthcare clients on property matters. No previous experience of this sector is required.
Reporting to the Partners, it is hoped that the successful candidate will become a senior level member of the department from the outset with direct input into day-to-day management and strategy.
You will also be given the opportunity to progress your own career in a friendly and supportive environment.
To be considered for this role you will have the following experience, knowledge, skills, and attributes;
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with good quality commercial property experience (4 years plus PQE).
- Ability to assist in the supervision of other team members.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
- Experienced and proficient in the use of case management systems.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under own initiative.
