ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload that includes commercial landlord and tenant transactions, commercial leases, the purchase and sale of business and investment properties, and drafting licenses for commercial premises.
Additionally, you will have the chance to collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on more intricate commercial property matters.
