ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic commercial property team in Wilmslow. This firm is well known for its supportive team environment and providing specialist advice to a diverse client base including individuals, local businesses, banks, charities, and pension trustees.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own files while contributing to the teams success. Your role will involve a variety of commercial property transactions such as buying and selling commercial property, landlord and tenant matters and commercial lending. You will be expected to build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
The salary for the Commercial Property Solicitor role is competitive and includes benefits such as 25 days annual leave, a cash plan, pension, a generous bonus scheme, and opportunities for career progression within the firm.
This is a full time permanent position and is predominantly office based.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you should be a qualified Solicitor with proven experience in commercial property law. You will need excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong organisational abilities, and the capability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure. Good communication skills, both written and oral, are essential. You should be able to manage and progress a caseload independently while also being a team player.
