Our client, a prestigious Liverpool based commercial law firm, is seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic Real Estate Team This role provides a unique chance to work with a broad-ranging client base, including occupiers, property developers, investors, and lenders.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Real Estate Associate, you will be at the forefront of advising a diverse array of clients. Your responsibilities will encompass acquisitions and disposals of investment property, including sale and lease-back transactions, negotiation of leases, and acquisition of sites for development and investment. You will also be involved in negotiating development agreements and handling disposals of development sites to investors. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
The salary for this Senior Real Estate Associate role is highly competitive up tp £70,000), and the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid and flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
ABOUT YOU
You will need to be a qualified Solicitor with a solid background in Commercial Property. Upwards of 5 years PQE is desirable.
