Our client, a well-established and forward-thinking law firm, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. As one of the largest and most experienced firms in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire, they provide a range of legal services for both personal and business clients, including commercial property.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will efficiently handle a busy and varied caseload, covering all types of commercial property matters. You will be part of an experienced team, making a positive contribution and maintaining high levels of client service. The role is based in Newcastle under Lyme, offering a supportive environment and an attractive benefits package.
In terms of salary and benefits, the position offers a competitive salary together with excellent benefits and a hybrid working policy.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in commercial property law, with strong attention to detail and efficient time management skills. You will ideally be around 1 year PQE and will be working alongside an established and supportive team. You should be friendly, a good team player, and computer literate, able to use a case management system. Key qualities include being knowledgeable, proactive, motivated, flexible, reliable, and supportive.
