An exciting position awaits an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to be based in Cheshire at our clients Congleton office.
ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team. The firm is known for its commitment to quality and client care, providing a supportive environment for professional growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will handle a variety of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, Landlord and Tenant matters, bank funding, and pension purchases. You will be expected to manage these processes independently and ensure the firms development aligns with business plans.
The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for professional development and participation in business development activities.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you must be a Solicitor and ideally have 5 year+ PQE with extensive experience in commercial property law. You should be adept at managing client matters in accordance with quality and risk management procedures. Strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to the firms core values are essential. You should also be proficient in using case management systems and other standard legal applications.
