The Role
This role offers exposure to a wide range of quality commercial property work, including:
Acting on sales and purchases of commercial property.
Landlord and tenant work, acting for both sides.
Refinancing transactions.
Acquisition and disposal of development land (residential and commercial).
Assisting on larger-scale projects such as regeneration and development schemes.
Youll work closely with experienced Partners and senior solicitors, giving you direct access to mentoring, training and a high standard of client work from the outset.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally:
Be NQ-3PQE with at least one training seat in Property (commercial or residential).
Have excellent drafting and IT skills.
Demonstrate strong organisation and time management skills.
Possess a commercial mindset with a pragmatic approach.
Show ambition, enthusiasm and a real desire to develop in a supportive team.
Be confident in building relationships with clients and colleagues.
