Hybrid.
An established and highly respected regional law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its busy and supportive property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident solicitor to take on a varied and high-quality caseload within a firm that values professionalism, collaboration and long-term career development.
The role
You will manage your own commercial property caseload, with matters including:
Property management work
Buying and selling commercial property
Commercial landlord and tenant matters
The role offers a good level of autonomy, direct client contact and the chance to work alongside experienced colleagues on complex and interesting matters.

About you
Qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial property
Strong experience in landlord and tenant and commercial transactions
Confident managing files independently
Commercially minded with a client-focused approach
