Role Overview

• Advising on acquisitions and disposals across a varied commercial property caseload
• Handling landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals, and general portfolio management work
• Supporting on development transactions and site-related matters
• Exposure to a broad spread of general commercial property work across multiple sectors
• Opportunity to gain experience in specialist mines and minerals work, where of interest
• Working closely with experienced senior lawyers within a collaborative and accessible team structure
• Building client relationships within an established regional client base with consistent workflow

Candidate Profile

• Likely to suit candidates between NQ and 3 years’ PQE as a guide
• Commercial property experience gained during training or post-qualification will be important
• Looking for strong quality work within a regional practice environment
• Interested in developing technically across a broad range of commercial property matters
• Someone who values stability, accessibility, and long-term progression over purely transactional targets
