Construction Associate

Candidates with at least 5 years PQE in either non contentious or contentious work are urged to apply.

The team currently advises a large number of industry based clients including developers, financiers, contractors and sub-contractors on a range of matters in both a transactional/advisory and dispute resolution capacity.

Broadly speaking the role will involve contentious and non-contentious elements including drafting building contracts, collateral warranties, procurements contracts and dispute resolution/avoidance advice in the form of risk management, litigation, and adjudication, arbitration and enforcement proceedings.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join and help grow an already expanding department. Candidates must have excellent academics and have worked at a law firm with a proven track record in providing good quality construction law advice.

Candidates must be commercially focused, driven and have outstanding business development skills.

The firm will pay the market rate to bring the right person on board and will provide them will enough support and assistance to progress their career and help further enhance the departments reputation within this field.
