ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will navigate a diverse array of construction law aspects, from dispute resolution to contract procurement. Your day-to-day will involve advising on claims related to extensions of time, loss and expense, payment applications, and final account disputes. Moreover, you will bring your experience in alternative dispute resolution and mediation to the table. On the non-contentious side, your knowledge in building contracts, professional appointments, and construction due diligence will be invaluable. This position is not just a job but a chance to challenge yourself with some of the most complex cases in construction law.

Your skill set encompasses a thorough understanding of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, and you are adept at providing top-tier legal advice and client service.
