Are you an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join the contentious trusts and probate team at a highly regarded Top 200 law firm with offices in Chester and Shrewsbury.
As an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE, you will have extensive experience in handling contentious probate cases, with a commercial approach to working to deadlines, file management, and client care. You will have a proven track record of handling cases in the high court and mediation, and be confident in your ability to provide an excellent level of service to clients.
In addition to managing your workload and having an excellent eye for detail, you will also have a willingness and aptitude for getting involved in the team/firms marketing and business development activities, such as attending social and networking events.
Joining our highly regarded Wills, Trusts and Tax team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experts in the field, including the Head of department, and an experienced contentious probate specialist. The team specialises in all areas of contentious probate work, and is involved with STEP and ACTAPS, reflecting the high quality and complex work that the team undertakes for its clients.
