Contentious Probate Solicitor sought for Merseyside based high street law firm with a large private client footprint.
Ideally upwards of 3 years PQE with experience of some of the following:
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
- Disputes surrounding the ownership of assets under the Trust of Land, Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and constructive trust cases.
- Executor and trustee disputes.
- Financial abuse matters.
- Will validity challenges.
Good base salary and bonus plus hybrid/flexible working.
