ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will be integral to the residential conveyancing team, which currently comprises 12 dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include opening files, conducting and reviewing searches, liaising with all relevant parties, drafting contracts, and performing various other conveyancing tasks. This support role offers ample scope for career progression, with the potential to evolve into a fully-fledged fee earner position.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need proven experience in a busy, customer-focused environment and a solid understanding of residential conveyancing.
