Our client are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to step into a senior position as the number two to the Head of Department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, hands-on professional who enjoys leading by example and delivering exceptional client service within a friendly, fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
Handling re-mortgage transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail.
Supporting the Head of Department with day-to-day management and supervision duties.
Providing excellent client care, maintaining strong professional relationships, and ensuring a high standard of communication at all times.
Working effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Strong experience in re-mortgage work.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a calm and professional approach.
A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting colleagues and contributing to departmental success.
Desirable:
Experience in bridging finance transactions (premium salary available for this expertise).
