We are now supporting a highly rated North West law firm in the recruitment of a corporate solicitor with 1 - 3 years PQE who will be joining their commercial head office in Northwich. This firm has several locations across the region with more than 150 employees, and is highly rated in the legal directories for several practice areas.
The corporate team offers excellent quality advice to broad range of clients from SME to PLC. This firm is attractive as they offer a first-class corporate and commercial service from an accessible location at a more competitive point than city centre firms.
The quality of corporate work is varied and a high quality including:
- Sales and purchase of businesses
- Mergers
- Acquisitions
- MBOs, MBIs
- Joint venture agreements
- Business start ups
- Corporate Finance
- Corporate Reorganisation
Corporate lawyers fed up with working for a large faceless firm and looking to work somewhere with genuine career progression opportunities would fit well into this role. You will be exposed to a broad mix of work rather than being pigeonholed this early in your career. Perhaps you live local to Northwich, and would like to work closer to home without compromising on the quality of work.
Salary and benefits:
* Salary up to £55,000
* 25 days annual leave
