Corporate Solicitor

The firm has a first class client rota and operates across the full range of commercial legal services including corporate and commercial, insolvency, commercial property, commercial litigation and employment law.

Advising a wide range of PLCs and SMEs on both a local and national level, the successful corporate solicitor will need to have good technical skills in general corporate law matters such as mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and shareholder agreements, re-organisation and restructuring and mainstream corporate and company law and advisory work and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

The Head of Corporate for Manchester is keen to hear from corporate solicitors (2 - 6 years PQE) with good quality experience gained from a reputable national or regional firm.

With an adaptable attitude and exemplary interpersonal skills, the successful corporate solicitor will be an ambitious team player, with a passion for and commitment to business development. The salary on offer is up to £60,000 with a degree of flexibility to secure the right individual.
