ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be advising a diverse array of PLCs and SMEs on both local and national levels. You will handle a variety of general corporate law matters such as mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, reorganisations, and restructuring. Your role will involve both autonomous work and collaboration within a team, ensuring a well-rounded professional experience.
The salary for this Corporate Solicitor position is up to £69,000, with a degree of flexibility to attract the ideal candidate.
