A leading firm based in Cheshire are seeking an experienced Court of Protection Paralegal to join them at their Sale office. The firm offer a supportive environment, genuine career progression opportunities as well as work life balance with hybrid working available.
The role:
You will be providing support within the Court of Protection team dealing with a range of matters to include but not limited to court of protection, care home matters, deputyship, lasting powers of attorney, deputyship, finance and property matters.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will ideally have previous experience working with Court of Protection matters.
You will be empathetic and understand the importance of client care and confidentiality.
Well organised and excellent time management skills.
