The successful solicitor will manage a varied caseload court of protection matters, delivering high quality advice to clients at all times. Areas of work will include trust work, assisting with tax affairs, wills, drafting personal injury trusts, deputyship applications and other associated applications to the Court. You will get exposure to both elderly client and serious injury work.
