A leading full-service law firm with a rich history of providing exceptional legal services across the UK, is seeking a Court of Protection Solicitor. Based in Sale, this firm is renowned for its client-centric approach, professional integrity, and commitment to excellence.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will be an integral part of the Court of Protection department, focusing on safeguarding and supporting vulnerable individuals. This team, recognised as a tier 1 firm by the Legal 500, offers advice on various Court of Protection issues, with a particular emphasis on managing property and financial affairs for clients with acquired brain injuries, Dementia/Alzheimers, and other serious injuries. You will collaborate closely with partners and the team to oversee a varied caseload, providing support to both adult and child clients, and fostering enduring client relationships.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this Corporate Solicitor role, you must possess excellent client care skills, be technically strong with an eye for detail, and have the ability to communicate effectively. Reliability, organisation, and excellent time management and interpersonal skills are essential. Proven experience in handling mixed caseloads, supervising client property and financial matters, and contributing to business development and marketing initiatives is required.
