Are you a qualified solicitor with a passion for commercial litigation and public law? We are working with a leading disputes team of a leading Lancashire firm to help recruit a talented dispute resolution solicitor.
As a commercial litigation solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a recognised Partner on a variety of high-profile cases. From handling shareholder disputes to dealing with restrictive covenant Injunctions, this role offers a diverse and exciting workload. You will also have the chance to work on complex and high value contract disputes.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a 5 -10 year PQE solicitor with experience gained in a recognised commercial disputes team. Strong academics and a genuine interest in public law are also essential, along with experience of high court litigation.
