A prestigious and well known firm in Oldham are renowned for its exceptional disputes team. As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, working alongside a recognised Partner on high-profile cases.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, youll have the benefit of two well known partners, who have built up great referrals supporting you as you get up to speed. The work focuses on contenuious probate, contract disputes and property litigation. The caseload is varied and the department as a whole can be shaped by you with the route to partnership available if this is something you would like to achieve.

ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you will need proven experience as a solicitor within a recognised commercial disputes team. Strong academic credentials and a genuine interest in public law are essential. Experience in high court litigation will be highly advantageous. Your ability to manage complex cases and your passion for commercial litigation will set you apart.
