An exciting position has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate in a top employment team based in Manchester. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to join a leading employment team in the North, renowned for its Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners Tier 2 ranking.
This employment team in Manchester is highly regarded and is currently expanding. As an Associate or Senior Associate, you will be joining a team that represents a diverse client base, including SMEs and PLCs across various sectors such as retail, sport, manufacturing, financial services, industrial services, and healthcare.
You will engage in a broad variety of work, including employment tribunal litigation, providing day-to-day support to HR teams, and participating in HR projects on restructurings, redundancies, and TUPE. You will also be involved in corporate transactional support, acting on executive severances/settlement agreements, and supervising junior team members. Regular opportunities for business development and marketing initiatives will also be part of your role.
