As an Employment Solicitor, you will manage a caseload primarily focused on respondent matters, with some settlement agreement work for executives. ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should be an employment lawyer at Newly Qualified level or with proven experience up to approximately four years post-qualification. Strong technical skills are essential, along with the ability to build excellent working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
