Role Overview
Managing a caseload of claimant employment matters under supervision.
Handling files from initial instruction through to completion in line with internal procedures.
Preparing file documentation and progressing cases efficiently.
Advising clients on the terms and effect of settlement agreements.
Dealing with client enquiries and maintaining excellent standards of service.
Supporting other fee earners within the Employment department.
Ensuring timely billing and recovery of fees.
Candidate Profile
NQ - 3 PQE with experience in claimant employment work.
Understanding of the employment tribunal process.
Strong organisational skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.
Able to manage workload, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
IT-confident and quick to learn new systems.
Professional, friendly and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
