A prestigious Runcorn based law firm known for its comprehensive legal services are looking to an Employment Solicitor to their ranks. As an Employment Solicitor, you will be joining a firm that advises SMEs, financial institutions, real estate investors, and public limited companies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Employment Solicitor, you will be involved in a diverse range of work including employment disputes, business transfers and TUPE, corporate support, restructuring and redundancy, bespoke training for management, business immigration, trade unions and collective issues, and specialist HR support. This role offers a broad base of commercial client experience, making it a dynamic and engaging position.
The salary for this Employment Solicitor role starts from £45,000 and comes with a range of benefits that reflect the firms commitment to its employees professional growth and well-being.
ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in employment law, ideally between 3 - 6 years PQE, although outstanding candidates outside this bracket will be considered. Strong CVs demonstrating the necessary skills and experience are highly valued. You should be adept at handling employment disputes, business transfers, and providing corporate support. Excellent communication and client management skills are essential.
