The highly-regarded family team deals with all types of family related matters including divorce, separation, children matters and also financial remedies.
Key areas of work will include:
* Divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships
* All private children issues
* Prenuptial agreements and pre-civil partner agreements
* Advice for unmarried families
* International aspects of separation and divorce
* Domestic violence
The successful Family Associate will be expected to handle a variety of family matters as well as go out and win new work. You will be happy to be part of a busy team and have the flair and desire for marketing and business development.
Experience in Mediation would be desirable, but not essential for this role.
