A Family Law Paralegal is sought to work within the public law team of a busy Family Law department based at a multi disciplinary law firm at their office in Bury. The firm are well established with several offices across the North West.
The Role:
You will be dealing with public family law matters. Duties will include :
- Arranging appointments and meetings
- Preparing court bundles
- Diary management
- Speaking with clients over the telephone as well as outside agencies
- Dealing with a range of public law family matters alongside the wider Family Law team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You will ideally have previous experience within Family Law and a genuine interest in this area.
- Experience in using CCMS would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Able to use own initiative
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent organisational skills
