An established and well regarded legal practice is seeking a a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, to join their Family Law team based in Macclesfield. The ideal candidate will be experienced at offering high-quality advice on a spectrum of privately funded family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, financial remedies, and child-related issues.
The role involves direct client interaction, requiring an empathetic and proactive approach. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is key, as is the capacity to market oneself and the department effectively, with the support of the Marketing team.
The successful candidate will exhibit strong drafting and advocacy skills, excellent time management, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike. Occasional travel to another local office to meet client requirements may be required.

Salary is competitive, depending on experience together with other a hybrid working policy of 3 days office/ 2 at home.
Applicants should have a clean driving licence, be highly organised, self-motivated, and personable. Proficiency with Proclaim case management system is desirable, though comprehensive training will be provided.
