They are keen to recruit a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (newly qualified or up 2 years post qualification experience or equivalent) to work in its Liverpool Office. Applicants who are NQ level but are able to demonstrate good training or pre-training contract experience in Family work will also be considered.
The role is to deal exclusively with all manner of family work including legal aid, divorce, pre-nuptial agreements and childcare related issues such as custody, non-molestation orders and child support.
The firm is willing to offer a salary of up to £36,000.
Solicitors who have recently qualified into another area of law but are looking to move into Family Law will be considered provided they can demonstrate a genuine passion for this type of work and at least 6 months worth of recent (last 2 years) training contract experience in family related work.
Reporting to the Head of Family you will give responsibility, under supervision, of handling you own caseload of family cases and the opportunity to progress your own career in a friendly and supportive environment.
