We have been instructed by a well-established and respected general practice close to Bradford, where there is an opportunity for a family solicitor.
The Firm:
The current partners have worked together for many years and through that time the firm has grown due to client recommendation, local links and reputation, and several the team are Family Panel and Children Panel members.
The Role:
The position has been created due to a steady increase in instructions. In this family solicitor role, you will be dealing with a wide variety of family matters (both private and legal aid) including:
- Finances
- Childrens cases
- Domestic violence
- Adoption
- Civil Partnerships
The Requirements:
The position will suit and experienced family solicitor with practical knowledge of both legal aid and private family matters.
