The Litigation Group is structured into four practice areas. The Employment and Immigration team stands out for its comprehensive service, guiding clients from recruitment to retirement and handling a full spectrum of employment and business immigration matters.
In this role, anticipate a nurturing environment that entrusts you with early responsibility. Your development is a priority, with ample support and training to push your career forward. The teams varied caseload includes guiding UK employers through sponsorship licensing, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and advising on immigration aspects of corporate transactions.
Your expertise should encompass a robust grasp of business immigration issues, a solid technical understanding of immigration law, and exceptional drafting and communication skills. A commercial mindset, the ability to thrive under pressure, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Your proactive involvement in marketing and business development will be key to your success.
