The Opportunity
Were working with a highly successful and well-established property and investment group seeking to appoint an In-House Solicitor to join their small but experienced legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a 3-6 PQE lawyer who enjoys variety and wants to get closer to the commercial heart of a business.
The legal team supports a diverse portfolio of property, development and investment work across the UK, offering exposure to high-quality, hands-on projects and plenty of responsibility from the outset.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Legal Director, the successful candidate will provide practical, business-focused legal advice to the groups commercial and operational teams. Youll handle a mix of:
- Real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals, development agreements and leases.
- Commercial contracts and general business agreements.
- Liaison with external law firms and project teams.
- Supporting on ad hoc commercial and corporate matters as they arise.
This is a varied, hands-on position ideal for someone keen to develop a broad in-house skillset.
About You
- 3-6 years PQE qualified solicitor (England and Wales).
* Strong property/real estate experience from private practice or an in-house environment.
* Commercially minded with a practical approach to problem solving.
* Positive, confident and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
