This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of catastrophic and high-value personal injury cases, including brain, spinal, and amputation injuries, as well as substantial dependency fatality claims.
As a Large Loss Solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting a Partner in managing a caseload of complex cases, liaising with clients, insurers, and experts, attending court hearings, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and protocols. You will also have the opportunity to work with and mentor junior members of the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years of PQE, have experience in managing defendant personal injury litigation cases, and possess a keen eye for detail. You should also be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
