We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a leading modern commercial law firm at their Liverpool city centre office.
The position is a mix of legal secretarial work across various legal disciplines as well as the role of office coordinator. The role would suit someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment within an excellent team and offers career progression and development opportunities.
Key areas of responsibility will include general legal secretarial support to lawyers, management of the office environment, looking after visitors on arrival, diary management, managing service providers alongside general office support duties.
You will have previous legal secretarial experience, can use digital dictation and are familiar with case management systems.
Salary is in the region of 25,000 - 28,000, depending on experience together with excellent benefits.
This is a full time, permanent role and is office based.
Some minimal cover may also be required in the Chester office during periods of staff holiday/ sickness.
