Today we have been instructed on an excellent business support role with a modern and high-profile Liverpool firm who are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary/ Office co-ordinator. The role is based at their Liverpool city centre office.
The position is a mix legal secretarial work across various legal disciplines and office management and will suit someone looking to work in a fast-paced environment in an excellent team with career progression and development opportunities.
Key areas of responsibility will include general legal secretarial support to lawyers, management of the office environment, looking after visitors on arrival, diary management, managing service providers alongside general office support duties.
You will have previous legal secretarial experience, can use digital dictation and are familiar with case management systems.
Salary is in the region of 25,000 - 28,000, depending on experience together with excellent benefits.
This is a full time, permanent role and is predominantly office based. Flexible working will be considered.
