A very well-established law firm in Bury are seeking a skilled Litigation Lawyer. This firm is renowned for its expertise in handling a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, with a particular emphasis on disputed inheritances. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, excluding personal injury and employment matters. Your primary focus will be on disputed inheritances, property litigation, and other civil and commercial disputes. This role offers excellent future prospects, including the potential to undertake a partnership, given the age profile of the two partners you will work alongside. ABOUT YOU
To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience as a Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer. You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues. A proven track record in managing a varied caseload and delivering successful outcomes is crucial for this position.
