A leading North West Solicitors who specialise in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor/ Fee Earner to join their pre litigation court team based at their Liverpool city centre office. The modern and open plan
offices are near excellent transport links and the role offers excellent progression opportunities.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the court team at a leading Personal Injury firm with a great reputation for the work they do. You will be require an excellent knowledge of the CPR rules to fulfil this role as well as court procedures. You will be dealing with a range of pre litigation matters across a range of areas.
The Ideal Candidate:
Litigation experience of Part 7 and Part 8 is essential.
Comprehensive knowledge of the CPR rules.
The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise work and work to strict deadlines.
